How do I purchase Rodel Reader?
Rodel Reader is a paid app available exclusively on the Microsoft Store.
What payment methods are supported?
All payment methods accepted by Microsoft Store are supported, including credit cards, PayPal, gift cards, etc.
What if the app won't open after installation?
This is usually caused by missing Windows App SDK runtime on your device. Follow these steps to resolve:
- Visit the Windows App SDK download page
- Download the latest runtime installer (current app uses version 1.8.4)
- Run the installer to complete installation
- Restart Rodel Reader
Usage
How do I import existing e-books?
You can import e-book files via drag-and-drop or file picker. Supported formats include EPUB, PDF, Mobi, FB2, TXT, and more.
What if RSS feeds won't update?
Please check:
- Your network connection is working
- The feed URL is valid
- If using a sync service, verify your account is properly configured
What if podcasts won't play?
Check your network connection. Some podcasts may require proxy access. If the problem persists, try re-subscribing to the podcast.
Data
How do I back up my data?
You can use WebDAV sync or manually backup the data folder.
Where is my data stored?
By default, data is stored in the app data directory. You can customize the storage location in settings.
